GymTrends365 is a fitness blog designed specifically for men over 40. It offers a unique combination of exercise videos, nutrition advice, and motivation tools to help you get fit and stay motivated. You will receive daily workout plans, meal ideas, and motivational tips to keep you going.
If you are a mature, 40+ years young guy, who is fed up with starting to work out and quitting repeatedly, as I have many times in the past, then GymTrends365 is the place to be for you!
I will help you regain the fun and confidence to make an important change in your life finally. I will show you everything that has to do with healthy fitness. How to work out, how to plan your cardio, how to handle injuries, how to plan your diet, and many more things.
And the most important part is that I will show you how to reach your fitness goals and enjoy yourself along the way so that you can be more consistent than ever before.
MY JOURNEY IN SHORT (I promise)
My name is Ezra.
I’ve always been into sports, and since I started modeling at 18, I was kind of obligated to take care of myself physically. Occasionally I gained a couple of pounds and would notice that in my income. Clients would book me less, and my agency would tell me to lose a little bit of weight, please.
Luckily I loved sports in general, so it was relatively easy for me to stay in shape. At that age, I could sometimes even “get in shape” in weeks if I had to prepare for a special photo shoot. Those were the days…
In my late 20s, I decided on a career change and opened a couple of bars and a nightclub in Holland and Spain. One night I was involved in a stupid “bar fight” in my club, and I injured my left shoulder. That “innocent” injury would be more serious than I initially thought.
In those days, I barely worked as a model anymore, and I let myself slide little by little. I wasn’t taking care of myself as I used to. Needless to say that 10 years later, I was overweight and out of shape.
I tried many times to get back in the gym, but I couldn’t find a way to be consistent anymore. Here come the excuses: Late nights, Shoulder pain, and a bad diet were the cause of my so-called ”YOYO” lifestyle.
Then, at 45 years old, I met my wife. She brought more balance into my life. A couple of years later, my daughter was born, and I became a family man practically overnight. I noticed that the nightlife didn’t combine well with my new family life and decided to sell the businesses and concentrate on my family.
Luckily my wife is very into sports; she particularly loves fitness. She inspired me to get back into the gym. I started taking care of myself again. This time it would be different. I wanted to LOOK and FEEL my best self, not only for me but for my family too.
I didn’t have my agent and modeling jobs to encourage me anymore, but I found a more important motivation: MY FAMILY. I went online to look for effective fitness programs that could help me find a workout routine (especially with my shoulder issue) and everything that involves creating an enjoyable fitness experience.
For me, the main 3 pillars were going to be:
1- Know exactly HOW to work out properly and balance weight training and cardio.
2- Understanding HOW to create and maintain a healthy diet.
3- Understanding WHICH supplements to take and HOW they can benefit me.
I have done a lot of research on those 3 subjects, and I will share all my knowledge and experience with you guys. Here’s the thing, though; entering the online world with its mixed messages was confusing for me at first. Finding the most accurate information online has taken a lot of energy and time to determine what was eventually best for me.
I will put my heart and soul into this project/blog, so you can find all the information you need under one roof. GymTrends365. Hence you can jump straight into your fitness journey with the right tools, mindset, and knowledge.
No excuses: There always is a way. Find your purpose and stay focused. Change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a journey. I will try to help you to make it an enjoyable one.
My objective is for you to achieve your fitness goals more effectively.
That is why and how I want to help you guys. That’s why I created GymTrends365. When I understood the proper way of taking care of myself, maintaining a balanced diet, and spending more time with my family, it changed my life, and I want you guys to experience the same.
Use my blog as guidance or as a shortcut, if you will. I want to help you prevent wasting your time searching for the correct information, so you can cut right to the chase and start your journey.
No more paying a year ahead for a gym membership and ending up not going anymore after a couple of months or sometimes even weeks: no more feeling lost in the gym, no more doing exercises without really knowing why and how, no more taking a whey protein just because others say so, and so on…..

Hi, I am Toni. Let me explain a bit about myself.
I was born in Brazil and lived in the United Kingdom for 17 years before moving to Tampere, Finland.
With 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Life Coach, I also have years of experience in the fields of Sports and Health. At the age of 12, I started as a footballer, and at 14, I stepped into the Gym, which helped him discover what I wanted to become.
I was trained as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist in London, UK. I also studied anatomy and have several relevant certifications.
